Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ten (10) or more years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• In-depth knowledge of underwriting principles and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manages all client required services and maintains client relationships.
• Directs work of service team for a large book of business.
• Receives and develops new business leads and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients from lead to service.
• Negotiates with carriers for benefit and premium considerations.
• Prepares renewal analyses and presents to clients.
