Job summary

Mindful Therapy Group is seeking a senior Insurance AR Manager to lead a large AR operation, protect revenue, and drive performance across the denial lifecycle. You will coach multiple levels of staff, align with Revenue Cycle leadership, and implement process improvements that improve cash flow and payer performance.

Based in Seattle, WA, this role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in payer reimbursement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Multiple years in healthcare revenue cycle, insurance billing, or accounts receivable with denials management.
• Experience leading remote or hybrid teams and implementing workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Insurance AR function with focus on aging, denials, cash recovery, and productivity.
• Establish KPIs and use data to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Oversee complex reimbursement issues including denials, appeals, and underpayments.
• Drive automation, reporting enhancements, and scalable process improvements.
• Develop leaders and ensure compliant, high-performing operations.
