Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead and optimize revenue operations across multiple teams.

You will analyze inflows/outflows, prepare complex reports, and drive performance improvements with strong attention to denial management and payer guidelines. The role requires 2–3 years of management experience, healthcare billing knowledge, and proficiency in CPT/ICD-10 coding, HIPAA 5010 standards, and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or 3-5 years revenue cycle experience preferred.
• 2-3 years' management experience required.
• Mass Behavioral Health knowledge a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPC coding and medical terminology.
• Understanding HIPAA 5010 transactions (837, 999, 277, 835) is important.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to build/pivot analysis in a healthcare context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize revenue cycle operations across assigned team (AR, Claims Submission, Site Coordination, or Payment Posting).
• Prepare advanced technical and analytical reports with KPIs for the team.
• Monitor denial management, follow-up queues, and timely claim resolution.
• Develop denial prevention strategies through trend and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of follow-up and appeal activities; report key metrics (denial rate, appeal success, A/R days).
