Farmers Insurance is seeking an Agent-in-Training to grow in insurance sales, customer service, and business management. This role offers hands-on mentorship from the District Office and a proven training program to prepare you for success, with base pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Responsibilities include prospecting, policy recommendations across personal lines, and client management in the agency CRM. Ideal candidates are licensed and motivated to start a sales career in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Licensed.
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales & entrepreneurship.
• Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
• Previous sales, insurance, or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Sales and Prospecting: Generate new business via cold calls, networking, referrals, and community marketing.
• Policy Recommendations: Sell personal lines, commercial, life, and specialty insurance products tailored to client needs.
• Client Management: Handle inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain active pipelines in the agency CRM.
• Program Participation: Attend sales boot camps, complete Farmers University courses, and build a future business plan
