You will generate new business, conduct needs-based consultations, and grow your client portfolio while aiming to meet monthly targets. Training supports licensing for P&C and Life & Health and offers a clear growth trajectory.

Requirements

• Track record of success in sales, whether in insurance, financial services, real estate, or other performance-driven industries

• Proven talent for building relationships and closing deals in a consultative sales setting
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for independence and financial advancement
• Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (agency provides training and covers fees)
• Bachelors degree preferred; minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License required
