Lucas Hathaway Farmers Insurance is seeking an Agent in Training in Georgia to build client relationships and deliver customized insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products. You will leverage referrals, online leads, and local networking to grow your portfolio while meeting monthly targets.

Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-driven, and eager to advance a career in the insurance industry. Training and licensing support are provided as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in sales across industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Proven talent for building relationships and closing deals
• Entrepreneurial spirit with independence and financial drive
• Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) training provided by agency
• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by networking, referrals, online leads, and local community involvement
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend customized insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products
• Grow and manage your client portfolio through proactive follow-up, cross-selling, and relationship development
• Meet or surpass monthly production targets and profitability expectations
• Provide an exceptional client experience that fosters trust, loyalty, and long-term retention
• Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements
