Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required or must be obtained during onboarding.
• Insurance or sales experience helpful but not mandatory.
• Must be motivated, coachable and goal‑oriented with strong relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct meaningful conversations to understand customer needs.
• Learn to quote and sell Auto, Home, Life and Business Insurance.
• Develop prospecting, follow‑up and referral skills.
• Explain coverage based on value, not just price.
• Use CRM and sales tech to manage opportunities.
