The role emphasizes closing deals, exceeding sales goals, and building lasting client relationships, with opportunities to advance into a top-performing agent and future agency leader.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Licensing: Property & Casualty and Life etc. in MO or willingness to obtain both.
• Sales aptitude: Strong interest in sales with a customer-focused mindset.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Interpersonal: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivation: Driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
