Job summary

Farmers Insurance is hiring motivated professionals for a paid development role that provides training, licensing support, and hands-on experience to build a foundation in insurance sales and client portfolio management. Responsibilities

• Complete required insurance licensing and training.

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Manage follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Maintain and grow customer accounts.
