Farmers Insurance Sean DeLeon Agency is seeking a motivated sales professional to assist customers with their insurance needs and to grow a client book of business. Training, licensing support, and opportunities to partner with an experienced Agent are provided.

Join the team to build client relationships, sell a range of insurance products, and participate in a program that supports career advancement and potential agency ownership within a year.

Formación

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options for auto, home, life, business, and other specialty lines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals, policy changes, claims, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency goals.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
