Inside Sales Closer – Insurance
High Velocity | In-Office – Plano, TX
This is not a customer service job. This is a closing role.
We’re building a team of sales professionals who know how to take control of a conversation, handle objections in real time, and move deals forward.
You’ll work primarily with inbound opportunities from consumers already shopping for insurance. Your job is simple in theory and demanding in practice:
Convert. Close. Repeat.
If you don’t accept “no” at face value—and know there’s always another question to ask, another angle to take, or another way to create value—you’ll fit well here.
What Makes This Different
You’ll get high-volume sales opportunities every day, giving you enough at-bats to sharpen your skills and increase your production.
You’re not chasing ghosts. You’re working with people actively shopping for insurance. Your edge is how effectively you uncover their needs, overcome objections, create value, and close.
Compensation is tied to production, with uncapped earning potential. Strong performers can separate themselves quickly.
We provide paid training, licensing support, proven talk tracks, a structured sales process, consistent inbound opportunities, and a competitive team environment that expects production—not participation.
Compensation: $68,000–$108,000+ per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No nights | No weekends
Location: Plano, TX | In-office
Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Ideal Candidate: Someone who is competitive, keeps score, wants frequent opportunities to sell, and views objections as part of the closing process rather than the end of the conversation.
