Job summary

Confie Insurance is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This role focuses on leveraging a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic to achieve sales goals.

Ideal candidates will have sales or customer service experience, a high school diploma, and may hold a Personal Lines or P&C license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and extensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or P&C license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and deposits with scanned docs in agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on which products best fit their needs.
