Confie, a leading U.S. insurance broker, is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

You will have opportunities to grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance, building lasting relationships, and expanding your expertise. We provide unlimited/uncapped commission, inbound leads and walk-in traffic, comprehensive paid training and licensing, mentorship, and a benefits package.

Qualificações

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; we will support you in obtaining one.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, self-motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Sales closers – commission driven and competitive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships with customers to meet production goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers, understand needs, and expand opportunities with auto/home/health insurance.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions and deposits in the agency system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide clients to choose the best coverage for their needs.
