Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Assess client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty policies.
• Develop long-term client relationships through ongoing service and policy reviews.
• Meet agency sales goals while growing skills.
• Stay current on Farmers products and licensing requirements.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and communications.
• Collaborate with team to drive agency growth.
