You don’t need past insurance experience; we’ll train you and coach you to build knowledge and sales skills while you progress toward meaningful career growth. You’ll learn to identify clients’ needs, prepare quotes, explain options, and sell auto, home, life, and business coverage.

Qualifications

• No insurance industry experience required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, or another people-focused role is helpful.
• Training, coaching, and hands-on experience will build insurance knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, phone calls, and follow-up.
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and current coverage.
• Prepare quotes and explain insurance options in an easy-to-understand way.
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products.
• Build relationships with clients and provide continued support after the initial sale.
• Identify opportunities to help existing customers with additional coverage.
• Work toward individual sales and production goals.
• Keep leads, follow-ups, and client information organized using agency systems.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training.
