Farmers Insurance - AZ & CO District Offices seeks individuals to join the Agent Development Program, a structured 2-3 year track designed to grow sales, service, and leadership within an established Farmers agency.

You will gain hands-on experience in client service, consultative sales, and agency operations while progressing through milestones and licensing with full support and study materials provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, business development, leadership, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and goal‑oriented; willingness to complete licensing requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, business development, leadership, or a related field
