- Generate insurance quotes and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Sell auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance products
- Build lasting relationships with customers and provide outstanding service
- Develop sales, prospecting, networking, and customer retention skills
- Learn performance metrics, sales strategies, and insurance agency fundamentals
- Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management, and business growth strategies
- Work toward established production and professional development goals
