Farmers Insurance is offering an Agent Apprentice Program designed to develop future insurance professionals and business leaders through sponsored licensing, hands‑on coaching, and structured training.

Participants are mentored by seasoned Farmers Insurance professionals and supported by Kelly OCG during employment and training, with a clear pathway to leadership and growth within the Farmers agency network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License through the sponsored licensing program.
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella Insurance products.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals.
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies.
