Farmers Insurance invites motivated individuals to join its Agent Apprentice Program, a structured path to become licensed insurance professionals and business leaders. You'll train in an innovative facility with mentorship, licensing support, and access to Farmers' industry-leading systems.

You will be employed by Kelly OCG during the program, with Year One and Year Two assignments, licensing completion, sales training, and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to pass a background check
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Coachable and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License through the sponsored licensing program
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella Insurance products
• Build and strengthen customer relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies
