Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty license for Maryland.
• Proven track record of leading insurance sales teams or managing agency operations.
• Deep understanding of risk assessment and commercial underwriting principles.
• Proficiency in agency management systems and digital marketing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Active involvement in the Frederick business community.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that every client interaction is met with care and precision.
• Coach and mentor our sales staff to help them refine their approach and hit their professional goals.

• Maintain strong relationships with our carrier partners to ensure we always offer the best coverage options.
• Analyze agency performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and long-term sustainability.
