Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, seeks an Agency Sales Coordinator to prospect and meet clients, selling insurance within a defined region and supporting sales objectives. The role includes helping identify and appoint new independent agents, supporting presentations, and setting up business with them.

You will train and accompany agents on sales calls, mentor teams, and report operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to prospect new customers independently.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
• Licensed Life, Accident and Health insurance required before appointment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting, referrals, leads and policyholders.
• Build relationships, respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet production goals (minimum 75% of personal target) as defined by the Agency.
• Field train and accompany Independent Agents; support in appointments and sales calls.
