Job summary

The role also involves identifying and appointing new independent agents, supporting presentations and setting up the business with them, and mentoring agents to develop a solid understanding of the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales and prospecting.
• Ability to present insurance products clearly to customers.
• Licensing in Life, Accident and Health required before appointment.
