Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, is seeking an Agency Sales Coordinator to prospect new customers and support current clients in selling Insurance products within a defined geographic area. The role includes identifying and appointing new independent agents and assisting them during sales visits and business setup.

The position emphasizes field prospecting, relationship building, and meeting production targets, with licensing requirements that must be completed prior to appointment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to prospect and close sales with new customers.
• Willingness to train and mentor independent agents.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers via field prospecting, referrals, leads, target marketing, direct contact, and current policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent and sales standards set by Agency to remain affiliated.
• Conduct sales presentations aligned with customer needs and assessment approach.
• Knowledge of company products and ability to present sales materials effectively.
• Demonstrate the Company's Sales Process and refer service calls as needed.
• Field-train and accompany assigned Independent Agents and support them in planning/appointments.
• Mentor established Agents, report operation issues when setting up new business.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to build an independent agency and execute the Sales System to meet goals.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Licensing: Life, Accident and Health license required prior to appointment.
