Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee management of all operations across a multi‑site, multi‑state insurance agency platform, ensuring measurable growth across all lines of insurance in all sites. This includes policy growth and premium growth. The manager is responsible for creating a healthy working environment across both sites, fostering collaboration, recognition, and reward for performance.

Compensation

• Base salary: $65‑75,000
• Incentive compensation: up to $35,000
• Potential total compensation: $100,000+
