Impact Performance Team is seeking an Agency Operations Manager to lead daily operations for Personal and Commercial Lines in Indian Trail, NC. You will oversee service teams, processes, and HR-related duties while maintaining carrier relationships and technology systems.

The role requires 8+ years in insurance across lines, plus management experience. Active P&C licenses in NC and SC are required; on-site work Monday–Friday in Indian Trail.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Insurance across Personal and Commercial Lines.
• Management experience within the insurance industry is preferred.
• Experience in an agency operations leadership role is a plus.
• Active P&C license in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
• Manage the service teams for Personal and Commercial Lines.
• Own processes, reporting and day-to-day office management.
• Handle basic Human Resources duties.
• Manage and maintain relationships with contracted carriers.

• Be the primary contact for clients and carriers.

Our client is a family owned insurance agency located in Indian Trail, North Carolina (outside of Charlotte, NC). They serve families, individuals, businesses and nonprofits throughout both North Carolina and South Carolina. Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Agency Operations Manager role. The ideal candidate will be a responsible for managing staff, overseeing processes and serving as a key member of the agency leadership team. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to function both proactively and reactively as each day will bring different challenges. Your key responsibilities may include:

• Run daily operations across both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
• Manage the service teams for both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
• Own processes, reporting and day-to-day office management
• Responsible for basic Human Resources duties
• Manage and maintain relationships with contracted carriers
• Monitor and oversee technology and systems utilized by the agency
• Be the definitive point of contact for both clients and carriers
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency success.
• 8+ years of experience in Insurance across both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
• Management experience, ideally in the insurance industry
• Experience in an agency operations leadership role a plus
• Active P&C license in North Carolina and South Carolina
• Ability to work on-site in Indian Trail, NC (outside of Charlotte, NC) Monday - Friday
• Salary starting at $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
