Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
• Ensure policies, SOPs, and procedures are consistently followed.
• Support managers in monitoring productivity and service standards.
• Track projects, deadlines, and action items; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate vendors, supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Identify process improvements and assist leadership with implementation.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, documentation, training schedules, and access setup.
