Job summary

Advantixx Insurance Group in Henderson, NV is seeking an Agency Operations Manager to align daily operations with service and sales objectives. You will coach the team, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance while delivering consistent growth.

Role focuses on supervising workflows, onboarding, licensing coordination, and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced agency environment. Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in service-driven operations.
Strong coaching, process improvement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nevada P&C license preferred; ability to obtain licensing may be required.
Comfortable using data and systems to drive accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead daily priorities, workload balancing, service standards, and follow-up discipline.
Coach team on workflows, customer experience, documentation, and performance expectations.
Monitor key operating metrics, pipelines, retention activity, and open tasks.
Improve onboarding, training, scheduling, records, and quality control procedures.
Coordinate recruiting, licensing, carrier, vendor, and administrative workflows.
Support compliant sales and service practices and escalate complex issues appropriately.
