Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and meet with current customers to sell Insurance products within a defined geographic area.
• Assist in identifying and appointing new independent agents to support and accompany them on sales calls.
• Provide field training and coaching to agents to develop a solid understanding of the sales process.
• Mentor agents by conducting field training and accompanying them on sales visits; report operation issues in setting up new business.
