Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company is seeking an Agency Coordinator responsible for prospecting new customers and meeting with current customers to sell insurance products within a defined geographic area, supporting sales objectives and delivery in the assigned area.

The role also includes identifying and appointing new independent agents, accompanying them on sales calls, supporting presentations, and helping set up their business. Licensing requirements apply before appointment.

• Ability to present sales materials effectively.
• Ability to demonstrate the Company's Sales Process.
• Respond to customer service calls or refer to the appropriate channel.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting, referrals, leads and current Combined policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and respond to customer needs.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent.
• Conduct sales presentations consistent with new Customer Needs and Assessment approach.
• Service customer service calls or refer to appropriate channel.
• Field train and accompany independent agents as needed.
• Support new agents to develop knowledge of the sales process.
• Mentor and coach established agents during field visits.
• Report operation issues in setting up new business.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to build an independent agency.
• Execute the Sales System to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Demonstrate professional communication and goal setting.
