Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, is seeking an Agency Sales Coordinator to independently prospect new customers and meet with existing clients to sell insurance products within a defined region, supporting sales objectives for the area.

The role also involves identifying and appointing new independent agents, assisting them with presentations, and helping set up the business with them. Must obtain Life/Health license prior to appointment and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Life, Accident and Health license required prior to appointment.
• Strong prospecting and sales skill set for insurance products.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and agents.
• Effective presentation of company products and sales process.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting, referrals, leads, target marketing, direct contact, and existing policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and respond to needs and concerns.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent and meet sales standards.
• Conduct sales presentations with knowledge of company products and demonstrate the sales process.
• Service customer calls or refer to appropriate channel.
• Field train and accompany assigned Independent Agents and support new agents in sales process and appointment setting.
• Mentor and coach established agents during field training and sales visits.
• Report operational issues promptly when setting up new business.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit to build an independent agency.
• Execute the Sales System to meet or exceed goals.
• Communicate professionally and maintain personal brand values.
• Set personal goals and take initiative.
