Paradigmit Technology Services seeks a results-driven professional to recruit, onboard and develop General Insurance agents and POSPs in the assigned district. You will build a productive agency network, conduct training, and ensure activation and productivity of new agents.

Additionally, you will drive business growth through agency channels, focus on crop, motor, and health insurance, and develop district plans to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in agency/general insurance recruitment.
• Strong ability to build and maintain agent/POSP networks.
• Proven track record in developing sales channels.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and develop General Insurance agents and POSPs in the district.
• Build a productive agency network to drive growth.
• Conduct training and mentoring for agents and POSPs.
• Ensure activation and productivity of onboarding agents and POSPs.
• Generate new business through agency and POSP channels.
• Drive sales of crop, motor, and health insurance products.
• Develop district plans to meet growth targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents, POSPs, and stakeholders.
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
