Job summary

Comparion Insurance Agency seeks a senior leader to guide a team of Insurance Sales Agents across Northern Ohio. This high-visibility role focuses on improving the sales process, mentoring reps, and driving growth and profitability for the core business.

You will provide strategic guidance, coach the team, and act as a liaison with business partners and branches to expand the agency’s footprint and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of personal lines products and services; proven success with prior sales or related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including group and individual presentation, persuasion, negotiation and customer service.
• Requires current state license in property, casualty and life insurance.
• Prior supervisory experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales team towards achieving/exceeding sales metrics.
• Develop and coach the sales team.
• Establish long-lasting relationships with customers to maintain high retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee operational functions of the Branch.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and high retention.
• Generate strategic and innovative ideas to drive new business development.
• Foster an engaging environment where agents feel supported.
• Manage acquisition and service cost for Branch assignment.
