Role Description

The Agency Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland, OH. This position is responsible for leading a local team of insurance agents, setting sales goals, and driving growth through effective coaching and performance management. The Agency Manager oversees daily operations, including staffing, workflow, compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and quality control of customer interactions. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting agents with complex insurance solutions, and ensuring consistent delivery of personalized coverage recommendations. The Agency Manager also collaborates with regional leadership on business strategies, reporting, and local marketing initiatives to expand the agency’s presence in the community.

Qualifications
