• Generate new customers via field prospecting, referrals, leads, and current policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and address needs and concerns.
• Meet at least 75% of personal production targets yearly as defined by Agency.
• Field train and accompany Independent Agents as needed.
• Support Agents in appointment setting and sales planning.
• Mentor established Agents through field training and sales visits.
• Execute the Sales System to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Obtain Life, Accident and Health license before appointment.
