Responsibilities

• Generate new customers via field prospecting, referrals and leads.
• Build relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet personal production targets as an affiliated agent.
• Present sales materials and demonstrate the sales process.
• Field train and accompany independent agents as needed.
• Mentor and coach agents to understand the sales process.
• Plan appointments and set business goals with agents.
• Report operational issues in setting up new business.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit to build an independent agency.
• Execute the Sales System to meet or exceed goals.
• Communicate professionally, verbally and in writing.
