Qualifications

• Ability to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty License (assistance available).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a personal book of business through networking and marketing.
• Educate clients on insurance and financial solutions.
• Build long-term relationships through service and consultative sales.
• Participate in ongoing business development and leadership training.
• Work with district leadership to prepare for agency ownership.
• Learn the operations and strategy of running an insurance agency.
