Qualifications

• Active licenses: Texas General Lines P&C and Life & Health.
• Proven sales ability with client interaction and closing skills.
• Ambition to grow into agency ownership through targets and leadership.
• Strong communication, resilience and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to assess insurance needs and propose tailored Personal & Commercial P&C, Life & Health solutions.
• Prospect and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and calls.
• Sell insurance products and educate clients on benefits and options.
• Foster long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship from agency leadership.
• Work toward agency ownership by meeting sales and leadership targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
