Element Risk Management seeks an Insurance Advisor– Direct Sales / Inside Sales to join our team. The role focuses on handling internal leads, referral opportunities, small commercial lines, and select personal lines, building relationships and closing coverage with carrier markets.

The ideal candidate is organized, sales-driven, and comfortable managing a steady flow of opportunities from intake to binding, ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Small commercial lines experience preferred.
• Personal lines experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities at one time.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal leads and referrals, qualify prospects, and gather underwriting information.
• Quote and bind for small commercial and select personal lines.
• Maintain documentation in agency systems and coordinate handoffs to service.
• Provide consultative sales experience focused on coverage and client needs.
• Cross-sell additional lines when appropriate and nurture client relationships.
