Element Risk is seeking a motivated Insurance Advisor– Direct Sales / Inside Sales to join our growing team. This role will handle internal leads, referral opportunities, small commercial lines accounts, and select personal lines opportunities.

The ideal candidate is an insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, responding quickly to new opportunities, identifying client needs, and placing coverage with carrier markets.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Small commercial lines experience preferred.
• Personal lines experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal leads and referral opportunities, respond quickly to new business opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and identify coverage needs; manage opportunities from intake to binding.
• Quote and place small commercial accounts; review policies for gaps and present proposals.
• Provide a consultative sales experience focused on education and client needs; ensure smooth transition to service after binding.
