Element Risk Management is seeking an Insurance Advisor – Direct Sales / Inside Sales to join our growing team in Hillsboro, OH. This role focuses on handling internal leads, referral opportunities, small commercial lines accounts, and select personal lines opportunities.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, responding quickly to opportunities, identifying client needs, and placing coverage with carrier markets.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Small commercial lines experience preferred.
• Personal lines experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal leads and referral opportunities from producers, account managers, centers of influence, and existing clients.
• Respond promptly to new business opportunities and gather underwriting information.
• Qualify prospects and identify coverages needs; manage from intake to binding and handoff to service.
• Cross-sell additional lines of coverage when appropriate.
• Provide a consultative sales experience focused on coverage, education, and client needs.
