Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Small commercial lines experience preferred.
• Personal lines experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities at one time.
• Comfortable working with inbound leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and sales-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document activity accurately.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Management: Handle internal leads and referrals, gather underwriting information, qualify prospects, and manage opportunities through quoting and binding.
• Small Commercial Lines: Quote and place small commercial accounts, negotiate terms with underwriters, and prepare professional proposals.
• Personal Lines: Handle select personal lines opportunities and cross-sell where appropriate, reviewing current coverage.
• Client Experience: Provide consultative sales and educate clients on coverages, ensuring a smooth transition to service after binding.
