Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty license.
• Active Virginia Life and Health license.
• Minimum two years in insurance sales or client-facing role.
• Strong computer proficiency with multiple software platforms.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
• Valid driver’s license for outreach and local visits.

Responsibilities

• Review client risk profiles to ensure proper home, auto, and family coverage.
• Proactively contact local households to explain protection strategies and differentiate from big-name carriers.
• Prepare and present clear quotes to help families make informed decisions.
• Maintain regular check-ins to ensure policies evolve with life changes.
• Collaborate with the local team to organize community events, building trust and visibility.
• Manage incoming requests with a focus on responsiveness and helpfulness.
