Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) are a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication skills in person, written, and online.
• Self-motivated, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• P&C and/or Life Insurance License is a plus; willing to train for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Client Account Management: assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms.
• Quoting: design insurance quotes with good coverage and prices.
• Collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto and Business insurance.
• Partnership Management: maintain and develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients.
• Work directly with the agency owner to enhance marketing, client management and relationships.
