Job summary

Marsh McLennan's Marsh Risk team in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Representative for a hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office each week. • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients and client teams to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
• Administer routine renewal-cycle tasks to meet client needs timely and accurately.
• Monitor and report the status of client deliverables and outstanding items.
• Coordinate timely delivery of policies, endorsements, audits, extensions, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with the Client Onboarding team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Address difficult client questions and requests, seeking support from front office when needed.
