Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in business or insurance required.
• Property and casualty license required or to be obtained within stated onboarding period.
• Experience in insurance brokerage with client service focus is expected.
• Proficiency with agency management software and MS Office is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and track client service strategies to deliver measurable value.
• Create proposals, summarize programs, and deliver service plans to clients.
• Build and maintain personalized client relationships through multiple communication channels.
• Analyze risk and coverage, executing changes as needed.
• Ensure accurate client portal data and controlled access for staff.
