Brad-Corriher---State-Farm-Agent in Mint Hill, NC is seeking an Account Associate to support daily office functions in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

The role requires bilingual Spanish, building customer relationships, learning State Farm products, and assisting with billing, policy changes, and claims. Compensation includes salary plus commissions and bonuses, with strong benefits and room for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Establish & deepen existing customer relationships
• Learn and become proficient in State Farm’s products and services
• Manage customer needs and office administrative tasks
• Includes handling billing questions, policy changes, assisting in the claims process.
• Develop leads & prospects
• Self-generating business – EVERYONE you meet is a potential client!
• Scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Develop, monitor & improve office processes
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
