State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to join a local agent team in Florida. You will educate customers about insurance options, develop leads, and schedule appointments while helping clients manage risks and realize their dreams.

This role offers base pay with commission potential and opportunities for growth within the agency. Applicants should possess excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills; bilingual ability (Spanish) is a plus.

• $45k Base salary plus commission/bonus potential of $30-$40k.

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
