Teresa Tucker - State Farm Agent is seeking an Insurance Account Representative to join the team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, delivering prompt, friendly service, and promoting State Farm products.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, assess client needs, and market suitable insurance and financial products. This is an agent team member position with salary plus commission.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
