Derek DeLisle - State Farm Agent is seeking an Insurance Account Representative to grow the agency through customer relations and marketing of State Farm products and services. You will work with the team to meet marketing goals and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

The role offers base pay between $17 and $20 per hour, with bonus and commission structures based on performance, paid time off, and potential for advancement within the office.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or equivalent track record.
• Experience meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Licenses: Property & Casualty (must be obtainable).
• Licenses: Life and Health (must be obtainable).

• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
