Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients as needed.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on availability, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review to educate clients about insurance options.
• Develop quotes, deliver presentations, and close sales.
• Build ongoing networking relationships and maintain a strong work ethic for success.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
• Develop ongoing networking relationships
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• Starting hourly base pay $16.00 - $18.00 depending on licensing and experience
